EL/Coach for those that ordered w/o making a fragrance purchase

I did and received the gold makeup bag today from Bon Ton. I also purchased the silver makeup bag at Nordstroms in person w/o a fragrance purchase. I was wondering if others who made an online purchase w/o the fragrance received there bags? Apparently some retailers weren't enforcing the fragrance purchase while others were, i.e. Macy's, they would not allow me to purchase the red bag without a purchase. I passed since I am highly allergic to must fragrances.
