It;s back in stock. Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and on the  Bobbi Brown site,  there are now has several shades of the Bobbi Brown gel liner. I ordered black, caviar (a dark grey/brown) and brown as my backups.

 

Yes, it's waterproof on the inner rim to tightline (where I use it) and on the lid. I soften it w/ a smudge brush, feather it out, so it isn't a harsh line on the lid.
