@Nightowlz

I ordered a second set of the cloths from WMart for $6 / free shipping. It took less than a week to get here. I ordered from the third-party seller on WMart's website and that's how I got the free shipping.

@SilleeMee Wonder why they are $6 at Wal-Mart & only $3.14 at iHerb? I could not remember what you said you paid or where you bought them. I always order from iherb since they have super fast shipping so I will order them. I can place an order on the weekend & have it by Wed.-Thurs.

@Nightowlz,

The first set I got from Amazon for 5.99. That's a good price at iHerb. What does iHerb charge for shipping?----------oh yikes I just checked, it's $7 for shipping.

I have extremely dry skin....been like this my whole life.  The only thing that works on my skin are the Eucerin products been using it for over 40 years.  I use the Eucerin Original on my face - it's a heavy cream but my skin absorbs it nicely .. no flakiness or irritation.  I really lather it on at night - use a lighter amount in the daytime.  I use the Eucerin body lotions too.   I simply can't use all the other facial products out there - my skin is too sensitive and the chemicals in many well known products set my skin on fire.  I gave up trying to replace Eucerin a long time ago.  People with natually soft or oily skin are lucky IMO....and even luckier if you can put anything on your face without it stinging/burning.

After a lifetime of oily skin, the hormone (or lack thereof) related dryness was a surprise to me.  Everyone says as you age you should exfoliate since your skin doesn't turn over like it used to.  But I think I exfoliated too much.  Then tried too many other products on top of that.  I couldn't find the right routine to combat the dryness, or lack of moisture, so I went the less-is-better routine.  I use WEN Cleansing Conditioner for cleansing twice a day, moisturizer with SPF for daytime, or a CeraVe moisturizer at night that someone here recommended in another thread.  That's it.  Quit the exfoliating, serums, etc.  My skin hasn't looked (or felt) this good in years.

Wouldn't brag about the virtues of Eucerin.  The cream is  "chemical" cocktail.

Ingredients

Water, Petrolatum, Mineral Oil, Ceresin, Lanolin Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Piroctone Olamine.

Lots of ladies still use Vaseline. Through the thoughtful contributions of ladies in this forum I've struck gold:

Marula oil

Squalane

Moringa oil ( the only ingredient in a very pricey capsule for deep hydration)

Baobab oil/butter

These are remedies for dry skin that really aren't "chemicals" as we think of them.

@SilleeMee They have free shipping on all orders over $35. I have never paid shipping since I always order over $35. They used to have free shipping over $20 but dropped that.

I had the same type of problem a few weeks ago.  I have normal to dry, very sensitive skin and I believe a chemical exfoliant and a new serum were to blame, so I went back to my basics.  The CeraVe line is very mosituring and very gentle.  I have never had a problem with this line and it up clear up the problem you having.  Argan or Manula Oil may help also.   The sunscreen I use is from butterbean.  It is a physical suncreen not chemcical.

I am another admirer of Marula oil.  I use at bedtime only and it has balanced my skin to it's normal state.  I do not use Retinol.  Also exfoliate.  Target sells a product online for exfoliating the lips that is reasonable.  Always moisturize after your exfoliate and apply vaseline or chap stick to the lips.
