Dry, extremely itchy eyelids

I am an older woman (60), and for the past two months I have been suffering with dry, itchy eyelids. I went through my makeup, and finally narrowed it down to eyeshadows. These eyeshadows are only a few months old, and yes, I have used the same brand, same color, in the past, so I don't know what's going on. The culprits are Cover Girl, Maybelline, and Neutrogena. Can anyone recommend an eyeshadow that is kind to sensitive eyes? I would greatly appreciate it.
