Hello beauties!

I am looking to try dry body brushing with some EO as I have read some great things.

Does anyone here have any suggestions for a decent natural brush?  I went to Amazon and of course there is 8000+ listings.

Thank you!

I have used these in the past, but the ones I had were too rough (maybe my skin is rather sensitive).  But I had wanted to try again and like you, found many on Amazon.  I was at Sprouts recently and saw one by Eco Tools that works great.  It's softer than ones I've had in the past but still stiff enough to do the job well.  It also was very inexpensive (cheaper than what I had been looking at on Amazon).

no specific suggestions. My naturopath has them starting around 15 to 20 bucks. Be careful when using with essential oils. Some have a good warming effect which can really intensify on brushed skin.

Warming, you are being kind. Some are down right HOT even without brushing !!! Smiley Happy

I was at Whole Foods the other evening...they had 3 types, very nice ones!

I was going to buy one but forgot (got taken away by the cookies and sampling them--such good cookies!!) but will get one next time. Try Whole Foods...these felt good on the rack...this is a great way to remove dead skin such an old method still used by many.

I tried this method awhile back and it seemed too harsh for my skin.

An alternative for those who may have similar problems, might be to use a bath brush wet in the shower or bath.  I don't know if this really does anything but I have started just using a long handled bath brush.  I use it vigorously before I soap up and I think it helps to rev up circulation a bit and rid the body of dry skin, etc.  Just a thought!!!

I purchased the Whole Beauty dry  skin brush (with a curved handle) from Amazon.  Everybody has different skin sensitivities, but for me, this brush works and ist not harsh on my skin.  I do use coconut oil after.  It was/is $9.99.
