Dr. Macrene 37 Actives Anti-Aging Cream Vs. Dr. Denese Med MD 33 Clinical Reserve Creme

Just saw the Dr. Macrene product newly listed and found it interesting given the Dr. Denese already has a similarly marketed product on the Q. The ingredients aren't at all identical, but very similar with moisturizing ingredients, peptides, anti-age botanicals, and some similar cell communicating ingredients. Although the Dr. Marcrene product is over $150 for 1oz and Dr. Denese is just over $50 for 1.7oz. The Dr. Macrene product looks to be part of the CEW Awards shows, but still... it seems awful similar to the existing Dr. Denese product and given the similar formulas I'm not sure given the knowledge of the two products why anyone would pay three times as much for nearly half the product when Dr. Denese has something so similar. Just interesting given the fact she had probably one of the original BB cream in the U.S. and peel pads way ahead of anyone doing anything similar.

I use Dr. Denese. I get a lot of compliments on my skin. It's not really pretty but it doesn't have a lot of brown spots or wrinkles.

I think wrinkles (or lack thereof) is a result of expressions and heredity. Ever since I was in my 30's (I'm almost 67 now) I've always taken off the old skin every night, even when I had to go to the health store to buy Gycolic Acid, I used it.

I also use Dr. Denese suntan lotion, Hydroshield, firming facial pads. I just like the way it makes my skin feel.

I like Dr. Denese products but swear the firming pads dried my skin and made my upper lip lines very noticeable. I thought at first it was just moving into my late 50s but when I thought back about what changed, it was that I started using them when ordering a TSV.

I am now using Avon (I do not sell it) and LOVE the results of the Anew Clinical Pro Line Eraser and even more the Anew Platinum night cream! I feel my jowls are toned, lip lines muted, chest lines minimized a lot and I just feel I look younger. Got the same results with the Lancôme Renergie Lift Multi Action cream but the Avon is 1/3 the price and less when on sale. I have used up my stash of miscellaneous day creams and ready to order the Anew Platinum Day Cream. They do sell trial sizes for $12 or so or those looking for a new effective line of skin care at a reasonable price. This along with my Purity Cleanser has me finally completely pleased with my skin.
