I ordered several products on Wednesday last   When she had a great sale.......my Order shipped for free....with  Priority mail USPS  shipping  went out THE SAME  DAY....  and I received  the today, Saturday.

 

Now THAT IS customer service!👍👍👍

I also ordered and received my products today. They have the best CS. I think, I'm not sure that the sale is still on if anyone wants some great deals.

My Q orders are taking forever to arrive.  Have called CS many times for updates/explanations.  An order placed on 11/12 has yet to be delivered. Scheduled for delivery on 11/26.  14 days.  Unreal.

 

I'm beginning to consider going to websites directly for much better customer service and shipping.
