Dr Denese's HYDROSHIELD versus Kate Sommerville's QUENCH......which is better for anti-aging & dehydration??

I have used Dr. Denese's ultra moisturizing hydroshield for a few months. I am 39yo with sensitive and newly dry skin secondary to medications. I am looking for best serum to use under my moisturizer. I have tried a large sample of Quench by Kate Sommerville, TWICE, and it felt identical to Dr. Denes's Hydroshield. Has anyone used both? In my opionion, they feel like they are the same, but it is obviously not possible. I like that hydroshield contains retinol, but I don't think there is a high percentage of retinol. But perhaps the Quench (Kate SOmmerville) has retinol or a different anti-aging product??? I hope somebody can help me? Thanks so much!! Smiley Happy
