Dr Denese Hydroshield Dream Cream.....question!

For those that order this can you tell me does this normally come sealed in any way? I purchased the set with the SPF daycream (LOVE) and the Hydroshield Dream Cream. Daycream is sealed, like normal. I've never purchased the Dream Cream but this came unsealed. I thought Dr D put a seal on everything. Any input? TIA

I've purchased this a few times and it's never been sealed.

No idea for the Dream Crème, but I did just open an eye product from Dr. D. - no seal, but I'd say it had never been touched before I opened it.
