Q has her listed as Clean Beauty, her collagen eye cream is listed as Clean Beaity, it contains Isohexadecane, which is made from petroleum, false advertising to classify that as Clean!!

@Shelbelle I know some people just csn't get there, but I use petroleum jelly all the time and have for years.
Recently I thought about not rebuying when I read a long dermatololgist's discussion about why she still chooses it for her own skin and came home with a new supply!

Isohexadecane is not listed on Qvc's Clean Beauty exclusions.

@millieshops I had a mole removed at the dermatologist today. She then put a bandaid on it, and told me to put Vaseline on it tomorrow. I was surprised.

Vaseline aka petroleum jelly has been around for decades. What is wrong with it??? I use it on my heels, cuticles, as an eyebrow gel. I'm still alive--LOL!!!

I didnt say what was wrong with it, I said it is false advertising to call a product clean beauty when in truth it is not.

Qvc's Clean Beauty does not mention petroleum derivatives as blacklisted ingredients.
"Clean Beauty" ingredients aren't regulated or standardized and can vary according to who sells it.
"The QVC® Clean Beauty seal designates that a brand formulates products without sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, methylisothiazolinone/methylchloroisothiazolinone, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, petrolatum, mineral oil, chemical sunscreens, coal tar, hydroquinone, triclosan, triclocarban, and talc.
It also indicates products contain less than one percent of synthetic fragrances and are certified cruelty-free by a third-party source."

I consider something made from petro to be petro, dont want to be anymore techincal than that. Lots of glorified names for things that are really petro or mineral oil. I have looked up plenty of them.

Good grief! Calm down! If you don't choose to use petroleum (jelly) that's included in beauty products, that's your choice. But, since the FDA and a slew of doctors advise the use of it as a safe and regulated products, I'd say I'm just fine with it, as I have been for about 70 years!
No need to scream false advertising. Just do as you wish and I'll do the same. BTW, good luck finding petroleum free products!
