I noticed this in the health food store this weekend and thought that it was a blast from the past!  I remember when this was talked about and used by my friends and me!  LOL!!!  Yes, that dates me!

Do you still use it?  Did you use it "back in the day.!"

@dex  I have always loved almond too!  Wasn't the old Jergens hand lotion almond scented?

I've used their peppermint soap off and on since the 70s...oops, guess I just told my age! For many years, none of our local stores sold it but I would still order thru Amazon. Now our Walgreen's sells it so I'm back to being happy again. I use it during our hot summers. I'm not much of a beer drinker but, after working in the yard and being hot and soaked to the skin, not much better than a peppermint soap shower followed by an ice cold beer. I use their lavender sometimes in the winter.

I'm also a fan of Dr. Bronner's Liquid Soaps, and have a few different scents at home (Baby/Unscented, Almond, Tea Tree).  I use the Baby/Unscented to wash my cat's food/water bowls as well as placemants. Diluted in a spray bottle, it's also a great all-purpose cleaner (counters, etc.) especially for people sensitive to fragrance. With the Almond, I use it to clean my hairbrushes and combs; get a large cup full of warm water, squirt some of the Almond, stir and place the comb or brush to soak for 15 minutes.  Rinse with cool water, and they are good as new!  For my cat's brushes, I do the same but with the Baby version.  And the Tea Tree is a great foot soak; squirt some into a foot basin of warm water for a relaxing soak.  Although I don't have the Peppermint, I have heard that one is great for a foot soak as well.

I use the liquid castile soap in the shower. For a long time  I used the Baby one , but discovered I like the citrus even better. So that is what I use now.
