I'm having the same problem with Whish. I ordered many sets as Christmas gifts only to find the packaging was torn inside. They looked used so they went back. The items I purchased for my own use didn't last long enough to like them. Too much hype, not enough quality I think. Just me?

I really like and use the beauty spy cleansing balm and several other products.  Some I didn't like or repurchase.  Like some of the Nakery, especially the pressed body oil.  It works for me.  I find them like most brands:  like some products but not all.

I haven't tried Nakery---there is caffiene in some of that stuff--I am allergic to that! the Beauty Spy stuff--I have had NO luck with the few things I ordered. Mostly I sent it back and even got told to pour that hair liquid Moremo or something--down the drain and then got my $$ back. I have the black lipstick,  and even that is just o.k.

A little off topic, @MG Chris , but when you return several purchases, do you put them all in the same box?  If so, what label do you use?  Do you always get credited for each item?  TIA

Also, do you only get charged one return shipping fee?

I returned all five items in one box. I wrapped each item with the return slip. I was refunded in five  days! I was only charged one return fee. I got printed one off from one item and used that. This is only my second return to HSN in all my years of shopping with them and both experiences have been positive.
