She has a commercial running on some stations for her website. It is misleading. It is free shipping if you spend $40 or more and not free returns. She does offer free exchanges.

@Group 5 minus 1 And I will add to @Janey2 comment. Shipping from LG website is extremely slow, much slower than QVC. I have ordered three times from her website and on average it took 3-4 weeks.

She does offer discounts quite often but her prices are about the same as a special deal on QVC.

I always think free exchanges or returns on cosmetics means you are getting stuff that was sent back.

I have never had anything that I have ordered from Laura Geller's website take 3-4 weeks to get to me. I'm on the west coast and they ship from the east coast and it does't take any longer than 7-10 days.
