Ordered A628333 during a presentation on Tuesday.  Was wondering why it hadn't shipped along with everything else.  Checked today and it's on backorder.  Seems either Doll10 or QVC has some problems with inventory and shipping with Doll10 orders.  Not sure whether I will wait for them or cancel the order.

I hate when that happens. Same thing has happened to me twice lately ~ I canceled.

Well that's certainly frustrating, @JudyL.  I ordered the 5-pc. lip crayons on Wednesday and they're on their way, anticipating delivery on Monday.

@JeanLouiseFinch and @Spacrazy  - This is weird.  Out of curiosity I put in the item number and up came the lipstick/gloss set and it was availabe for order.  Didn't say anything about the item being on backorder.  Maybe I should try and order it and see what happens.  If the item pops up when you put in the number, shouldn't that mean there is product available?  Hmmmm.......

@Spacrazy  - I didn't think about calling CS.  Checked today and it's back to "preparing your order."  Watched the video again and do like the shades so have decided to wait and see how it all plays out.  If nothing happens by mid-week, then I will call CS.
