I ask because I don't. I am in my 50's, and feel it makes my eyes look smaller.

Love some of the colors, but not black. I think it looks harsh on most.

Most of the demos on tv make the models look overly made up, and some look like, um, streetwalkers!

The "winged out" look was done in the 60's, and I mostly don't like it.

They spend a lot of time selling eyeliner, so I wonder how important it is overall.

I do use a small amount of a colored eyeliner under my lower lashes. I find that flattering if subdued.
