I've had plates,screws and fusion done to my neck, so looking up is an issue for me. Because of that, I always WEN my hair in the kitchen sink (with a good fine mesh drain strainer) using the cool water because that's what the directions say. How on earth does everyone use WEN as directed with cool water and stand in the shower for all that time. WEN isn't something you just lather quick and rinse like shampoo. What do you all do
