Does anyone watch Dr. Oz regularly and keep a notebook to write down his advise? LOL

OM Gosh, he is a wealth of information! He comes on too early for me to watch but when I am home and think of it I turn on to watch for a few, until he starts with the game show stuff.

He recommended Safflower oil for belly fat, (2 tsp per day I think it was) I think I am going to try that one. I have lost 20 lbs since April (dh lost 30) but still want to reduce my waist. It is harder as one gets older and has a back (disk) problem that reoccurs when I get too physical.

Please share any of Dr. Oz's tips you think are worth passing along, for weight or otherwise.
