Does anyone use Facial Toner?

The first time I tried facial toner was when Clinqiue first came out and I felt that it dried out my skin. So it's been a long time for me. Recently, I purchased a facial toner and I was pretty surprised that it is lightening up a couple age spots or sun spots on one side of my face near my jaw. I will continue to use to see what happens. Anyway, anyone else use facial toner and what are your results using it?
