For me the formula is terrible , i can't keep it on my tooth brush or my teeth. Yes iam using it on a dry tooth brush , and even tried it on a wet one . The consistency is just plain weird , i usually lose it on floor or it falls into my mouth. I am not new to it either . I bought a double set super sized , after i use up i will stick to my arm and hammer. I have not tried the all in one. But i will not reorder for sure.

Maybe it is just me , maybe this shipment i got an old batch , it does work if you can keep it on brush or on teeth, I read reviews on new formula , not very good. I actually use it every other day , because with my expensive sonic brush  ,it flys or falls off even quicker.

I tried it a long time ago, was so runny, like brushing with just water.

I love it & have used it for ~10+years on my sonic toothbrush. No problems with it at all.

BTW: it's Supersmile, not Super Smile.

I too have been using it for years and love it.  How does it fall on the floor?

I've also used it for years with a sonic toothbrush with no problems .  How does it not stay on the brush unless you turn  it on before putting it in your mouth and rubbing the toothpaste on your teeth ?  Maybe those who have it falling off the toothbrush are putting too much on their toothbrush.

I foolishly bought it twice and returned it twice.

My DH & I love it. No problem keeping it on the sonic toothbrush.  The consistency is the same as any other brand.

I turn the toothbrush on AFTER I smeared the paste on my teeth.....
