Does anyone order from The Perfumed Court?

I placed an order based on a recommendation here. It appears that my order didn't even ship until 5 days later (which it says in small print on the website) and they say that their delivery confirmation # can't be tracked, which I don't understand. I am an ebay seller and all delivery confirmation numbers are trackable.

I found a review site on line that gave Perfumed Court very bad reviews for delivery and customer service. Just wondering what experience others have had?
