Does anyone know what happens if you send something back after 30 days??

I am not the world's most organized person and was just cleaning out a stack of old papers/mail and came across an envelope I all addressed out to return to the Q (2 BB eyeshadows). Has anyone sent anything back after the 30 days and gotten a refund? I would be very happy with even a credit.. even a credit for half. I will never use this. It's been about 70 days. ugh, can't believe I did this. {#emotions_dlg.crying}
