Does anyone have Isomers Pur R Decandence on Auto Delivery and remember...

if Shops offered free shipping on future auto deliveries? I went to Manage my Auto Deliveries on the web and noticed that the last four Isomers auto deliveries are charging shipping. I thought all future auto deliveries at Shops included free shipping. I want to make sure before I try to tackle Shops poor customer service. Thanks
