Does anyone give a gift to their UPS man or woman for the Holidays?

I never really thought about it when I lived in a regular neighborhood (and had a nasty ol' stink butt UPS man) but now that I live out in the boonies, my new UPS guy has to travel gravel, windy roads. It is absolutely breathtaking in the spring and summer but I feel bad for him in the winter time when he may have to drive through snow and the roads can get icy and scary yet he remains sweet, happy and always wraps my boxes in plastic so they don't get wet if I am not home (and hides the packages).

I thought it might be nice to get him a little something. Does anyone do this? If so, what types of things do you get him or her? I need some ideas! TIA!
