@nyc1  I'm not desertDi, but maybe I can help.  Lets say you are looking at Bath and Body items under Beauty (just as an example).  A few inches from the top of the page, you will see the options for viewing the page.  You should see something that looks like the line below:

 

Page View:  Gallery  List  Text Only  Items Per Page:

 

If your page is not showing images with the product descriptions, you somehow have selected Text Only as your page view.  Just click on Gallery or List to be able to see images of the products.   Hope that helps.

I know what you mean, I hate when they change things around. Thank goodness I have my kids to figure things out for me.
