I don't understand why I continue to have problems with Philosophy's website or the CS in general.
I placed my order from their website 11-12-11. I've received no tracking information in email. I've tried to track my order from the website but it gives an error code. When I call the 800 number using the automated system, it tells me it cannot find shipping information for my order number and of course the offices are closed for the day.
I love philosophy's products, but I really don't understand why I continually have problems dealing with them. They have taken my money and now who knows where my order is and I can't seem to get any help with it.
Really wish I wouldn't of placed the order.
Does anyone else go thru this type of ordeal when ordering from the company online?
