Does TSA allow NuFace Trinity devices in carry-on luggage?

Or are they banned because they have a microcurrent charge? I have had great results with mine and use it almost daily and would hate to leave it at home. However, I have had my checked baggage lost or delayed several times in the past so I hesitate to bring my NuFace that way. Carry-on would be ideal but I don't want to try it that way and get it confiscated at the security checkpoint. I appreciate any info/experiences you can share concerning air travel with a NuFace. TIA
