Does Philosophy Put Different Labels on the Same Scents?

I loved Waffle Cone and Belgian Waffle Shower Gels and was disappointed when I couldn't get them anymore. I don't remember which one came first but thought the second smelled enough like the first to me. Now I have been using Brown Butter Cookie and feel it smells enough like the other two. Does Philosophy slap a different label on their same scents to get us to buy them?
