Does anyone know for sure if It Cosmetics tests on animals? I just found out Bare Minerals does
so have to choose another brand for foundation with sunscreen.

It Cosmetics was purchased last year by L'Oreal, which does test on animals.
I've been using Kat Von D products for a little over a year now. Most are vegan but all are cruelty free. My moisturizer has an SPF so I don't look for it in my foundation.

@Souperkrys Yes, not cruelty free. Check PETA for details.

Shoot thanks guys, do you have any idea of a mineral based powder foundation with sunscreen that doesn't test on animals? Now that bareminerals and IT cosmetics are out?

Here's a list of all cruelty free makeup for 2017. Any company that sells in China is required to test on animals.

Thnak you for this list! IT cosmetics is on this list, maybe it hasn't been updated? Also it says bareminerals still doesn't test on animals which is good news, but that it's parent company shiseido still does. Maybe Josie will come out with a powder mineral foundation with SFP! Fingers crossed!

It's still on the list because they do not test on animals. Yes the parent company has brands that do but IT does not test. You just have to decide if the parent company makes you not want to buy IT.

@Souperkrys- I saw your thread on the BareMinerals forum. I wish people would post their source because the BareMinerals website says they do NOT test on animals.

You must also research who the parent company is and in the case of It cosmetcis AND Bareminerals, the parent company absolutely tests on animals. I will not allow my money to be funneled through a small company to the parernt company which would in essence be funding cruelty to animals.

I agree with @Danishgal and will not support a parent company that tests on animals, no matter how much I may have liked a product.
