Does Hautelook???

I have heard about Hautelook many times on this forum...question Beauty Diva's...for those of you who use this site...Do they give your information out to other site's and do you find it a safe site to purchase from...I am leery from purchasing from sites I know nothing about...Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks!
