I'm 54 years old. Since I'm getting older, have gone through the change and I quit smoking a year ago, I'm really gaining weight. I definitely eat to feed my emotions. I eat when I'm upset, when I can't find something, when my sister gets on my nerves - you can see the pattern. How can I make myself get out of this terrible pattern before I need a second zip code?
