I ordered earrings and returned them because they were to big. I paid for the shipping to me and to return it to Shopnbc. I got a refund email. It stated the return was for the purchase price less the shipping. When I called customer service, they do not return the shipping unless the product is defected or the wrong item was sent.
I paid for the shipping. Why are they keeping it.? This should be called a "re-stocking fee". I was not aware of this policy. A policy which I do not understand.
