I have never, ever used powder on my face.  Now that I am 55, I never will use it.  With today's modern makeup formulations, I don't think we need powder.  Plus it always looks so obvious and if woman has wrinkles or sagging powder settles in the creases.

I used to, but they all made me look what my daughter called "powdery."

 

I switched to Mally Poreless Face Defender, and I love it.
