Do you Recommend Poreless Face Defender?

hi Ladies,

I want to ask your opinion of Mally's Poreless Face Defender.. I am guessing you can use this all over your face to set your make up? Also, under my eyes get crapey after I put on my LG real Deal concealor and then powder ontop of it to set it, does this Mally product stop that? Thank you for all your advice Smiley Happy
