Do product reviews not get posted if they're too negative?

I gave Mally's Poreless Defender a one star review but it's not on the site. I posted it a few days ago and haven't seen it yet. There are other reviews that were posted after my entry but they're mostly raves.

I guess I can't trust the product ratings or judge a product by the number of stars it has if the site manipulates the ratings by controlling the number of bad reviews.
