If I go to the dentist and know I'm going somewhere else, I'll put lipgloss on in the car, in the parking lot before starting the car. I live in NYC and have seen people put makeup on on the LIRR (Long Island Railroad) and the subway.

Gloss or balm only, easy to find and apply without looking.

Of course, I manage to poke myself in the eye with my mascara wand at least once a week standing on my stationary bathroom floor...I can't imagine attempting that in a moving vehicle!

I have a lip balm in the console that I sometimes apply at a red light. After I arrive at my destination I might reapply lip gloss or shine reducing powder in parking lot but never while car is in motion.

No...when I reach my destination & I park my car, I will sometimes add more lippie. Even when I am a passenger, I don't apply makeup in the car. I give myself enough time to apply makeup at home.

No, I don't. 

I might occasionally reapply lipstick once parked, before going into a restaurant or meeting, etc. That is about it. While driving? Never. I'm driving & paying attention to what I'm doing.

Never did this. I had a friend that would put on nail color while driving.
