Disappointed with Clarisonic

I bought a Clarisonic Mia for myself last year and after having it for only a little over a year it died last week. I'm outside of the warranty period so a replacement is not an option but I really did expect such an expensive little gadget to last longer than that Smiley Sad Thank God my Sonicare has performed better.
