Just waiting to see the outcome when they stop taking the shots and then really have to keep talking to their brain to keep the weight from coming back on,cause it most likely will be returning. Cause fast fixes don't last.

@Shelbelle I watchd him a few times over the years out of curiousity. He's done way more than fillers. It doesn't look like the same man if you compare then and now.

That's a lot of speculation and insinuation. You have no proof. Dimitri also said he has lost his weight over the course of a couple of years. And so what regarding the baking practices in the UK. It doesn't mean he's eaten the scones. Or maybe he's a liberal dieter - good most of the time but an occasional indulgence.

And as for me, losing 150 lbs. and maintaining it IS a lot about what's in your brain - educating oneself on ingredients, making the choice every day to stay the course and trust the process, becoming a diligent label reader, grocery shopping with purpose, learning what to do in a restaurant situation, learning new alternative recipes, etc. and doing it.
