Difficulty with Clarisonic Mia

I am new to Clarisonic, and I am loving it so far; however, I am having enormous trouble getting the brush to lock back in after I have cleaned it. And so much so that I couldn't use it this morning because it would either fall OR the brush wouldn't vibrate when it was turned on. Anyone else have this problem??? Any suggstions???
