Different oils

What's the difference in a bath, body & hair oil vs. an intensive treatment oil? Besides the price. Most of the packages (ex OTO and TSV from Saturday) include a 'treatment oil'.

I ask because the FAS oil on chazdean.com is available for $20 for 1 oz or $65 for 4 oz.
