Difference between TV Commercial WEN and QVC WEN?

I am not a WEN user but one of my good friends is.

I told her about the TSV but she said she likes to get hers from the informercial special.

I told her that I "think" it's a diff. formula than the one sold on the Q and we both were not sure why that would be but I swear I read that somewhere??

Is it the same or diff? ALSO, is one better than the other?
