Difference Between 2 BM Products

I saw BM Stroke of Light Eye Brightener and BM Well Rested Eye & Face Brightener on Nordstrom's website. Do they basically do the same thing or is SOL more of a concealer? They both claim to brighten, is the difference you can use one also on parts of your face? I don't know which one to get.
