Did anyone get their Eve Lom oto cleanser?

I got mine today and was so excited to open and try. But when I opened it, there are no directions, not even on the container, and the jar wasn't sealed.

I checked to see if there were any posts about this already, but didn't find any. Is this the way the rest of you who ordered are receiving their package? I'm a little concerned about using it now.
