I have found the most moisturizing lotion/cream I can find works best for my neck.

Currently I'm using a cream in a jar (came in a set of 3) from Sam's.  It has good ingredients and in less than a week my neck looked better.  It's fabulous!  

Just because something is expensive doesn't mean it's better.  The cream I bought at Sam's was about $4 per large jar.

I know you weren't asking me but I wanted to say that I tried the Prai neck cream a couple years ago. It was nice and emollient but rolled into little balls terribly. Others had the same complaint. I discovered it did this after getting dressed and made up to leave the house. I had those little balls all down the front of what I was wearing. After that I could only wear it at night, when I went to bed. I continued to use it that way but would  not reorder.
