Devita Sunscreen ?

I have used this in the past with no problems. I picked up a new tube at Natural Pharm. When I rub it in, it leaves some flaking/balling of the product on my face. This has never happened before. Has anyone else had this problem? Have they changed the formula? I am so bummed. It did not break me out.
