My ENT has a DERM Dr. right next door and I grabbed a brochure on "DERMA SWEEP"
I would LOVE to give it a try - says you need 4-6 sessions for the best results, so I come home and research and it SEEMS that the PMD is very similar and I could buy the machine for the same amount as 1-2 treatments at the Derm....??
Would I be better off just buying a PMD? I found one on Nordstrom, I will post the link below.
Thoughts? Advice? Thank you!

I love my PMD. I have had professional dermabrasion done in the past and the PMD is excellent. No need to pay someone else to do what I can do myself. I do, however, caution you to follow the directions and watch videos before using. Some have damaged their skin by either improper use, pressing too hard or just skin reaction to the machine. Personally, I have had no problems at all and have great results. Buy the unit directly from the PMD website getpmd.com. The code BEAUTYBUNNY will get you extra off the already lowered sale price.

Sandgirl, I don't have any of these, but of course am thinking that one day...
So I remember that on a previous thread someone who has PMD ~ and ~ Microderm 360, preferred the Microderm 360. It's on HSN.
Apparently, the woman who developed the PMD then developed the Microderm 360.
Don't know how they -- plus the one on QVC -- compare. Reviews for all, so maybe that might help.
Doesn't Q sell PMD any more?

Sandgirl, I am contemplating buying a microdermabrasion device as well. Have been considering the Microderm 360; did not know this one was available.
Please let us know when you purchase and how you like your device.
I have been seeing a facialist for the past year. Have had gycolic peels, and for the last several months dermal rolling.
This year I 'm going to try some treatments on my own. Recently purchased the Clinique brush as well as a Clairisonic Mia.

I did get this! Nordstrom (so I can return if I do not like) only used it twice so far (you only use it once a week) so far, no change but I exfoliated quite a bit before I may need to bump up the level but I just don't want to over do it.
