If she was smiling then I think it would change the look entirely. The hair isn't unattractive but maybe an up-do would be better.

Yay. I like long, curly hair. I think the color is good for her too, matches her brows and pretty with her complexion.

She's had curly/wavy hair in the past (just blonder).

I had the same hair as a teenager in the 1990s.

I like it because she doesn't look like everyone else.  She is pretty and it it is her hair, she should be very proud of it.  I should be so lucky!

She's been in a few movies.  The first to come to mind is a comedy called Undercover Brother.  She was also married to Charlie Sheen and has some kids with him.  They are now divorced.
