Yes, just like the long hair.  I don't think many celebrities wear natural hair.

People mag is reporting it is more than likely a wig for a new role she has on Landman.

I was wondering where she was, the photo looks like a hospital.  The photo is from her Instagram, she wrote she's on set for a TV show, Landman, filiming Season 2.  So my guess is this is a look for the show.  I haven't watched, so don't know much about it.

Most celebrity photos these days come from Instagram.  They control the image.

I'm in agreement with some here, that she's wearing a wig. She's a beautiful, youthful appearing woman, with any hair length.

Why would she have her dog there. Demi's probably declaring it a therapy dog, LOL. Let's see if it makes it into the film.
