Never in my wildest dreams would I have purchased a warm, peachy lipstick. Bought a cute top in melon last summer and all of my lippies are pink/mauve so decided to take the plunge and buy from Mented. Got it in Peachy Please. Am immensely pleased with the formula. It actually works on my olive complexion. I tend toward cool/neutral shades so this was a stretch.

@pommom : I'm olive and decided to order the same peach even the gloss. I do need these colors. Sure hope as the reviews say, the matte is not drying.

@pommom : Just received it today. When I looked at it it seemed really dark and thought uh oh. I cannot do a dark lipstick. I look like Morticia. It goes on a bit softer than it looks in the tube. Also bought a lip gloss of a similar color.

I just slapped it on to see if it was as dark as it appeared so will use them tomorrow when I go out to see how it looks. I think I'll be pleasantly surprised.
So much I try that seems like it should work seems to turn more mauve on me which is not a good look.

@icezeus The foundation tester packet is shipped with orders from Mented's site. Too bad they didn't include it with HSN and QVC orders just so potential customers could see the colors and feel the texture of the foundation. I went ahead and used the $10 coupon from HSN to order L40.

I had ordered the lipstick/liner duo in Dope Taupe, and Pinky Promise blush. Dope Taupe is a nice neutral for my complexion as it has a little color without being too brown me. The pink blush is beautiful. I wore all (using my foundation from the tester packet) and it held up very well. I even wore the foundation and lipstick to Zumba and my face looked fine afterward.
