Deborah Lippmann nail polishes?

I've considered these in passing on HSN in the past... has anyone used them that can review them? Anyone seen today's HSN Today's special kit of them~worth it? Or is there a better place to start. In the past I've considered a 4 pack kit, with pretty neutrals. This kit has a "gel base and top coat"....I don't know if I want gel polishes. Anyway...if anyone has any feedback on this brand, or on this special selection or anything, please share. Tks!
