Good morning ladies. We had some thunderstorms and heavy rain yesterday. Will probably have more of the same today.

Hoping Bethee did well yesterday and is recovering nicely. Prayers continue.

Doing laundry. Not much else going on.

Karin, hope you and the children are feeling better. Summer colds are the worst. We are taking my van to the garage on Thursday. Earliest they could take it.

My GD just left the Dr. office....she has "swimmers ear" really bad....She is so pitiful...I know the pain is bad....Hoping she gets well b/c she leaves this Saturday for a week at the Beach with her Father's side of family......she should be ok I think....

Sapphire I agree with you.....except for myself....I don't get here as often as I should...there sooo many things going on in my life right now and there are days I don't talk to a soul.....on here or in general...I'm just here at this house....My SIL-outlaw....has just about taken all of my time away with the GC....and my DD their Mom is telling them things that are not true about her childhood ....... I know the GC are confused....so just keeping quite and letting them know Maw loves them.....that is the best I can do.....

Hi Ladies! Sending prayers and healing wishes to Bethee. Hope her eye problems are soon to be over. Have no idea about recovery time for what she had, but feel certain she can't really lift on anything.... Sapphire, hope it doesn't take long to get your van fixed....... V, sorry to hear about GD swimmers ear. That is really painful. Luckily the numbing drops they usually give with swimmers ear do really help. Hope she is better soon. I'm really sorry that you are having so much "family stress" I have a very close relative that seems to want my DD to not like anyone on my side of the family. All that I can say is that eventually your GC WILL figure out those that have venomous tongues and those that have their true best interests at heart. My DD is 14 and is finally figuring out what is going on. It will happen, don't give up!..... Cat, hope your storms aren't too severe. We had a couple of good ones earlier this evening but they didn't last long..... Night everyone. Sleep well.
